Laura Kaminsky will be a guest artist at LAU (Lebanese American University) and AUB (American University of Beirut). She will speak on Music with a Message: Narratives of Gender, AIDS, Climate Change, and War and Peace and Listening to the Language of Music. This opportunity came about at the joint invitation of Dr. Robert Myers, the director of Center for American Studies and Research at AUB and from LAU’s Vice President, Dr. Elise Salem.
